This has led to a product shortage and longer than normal wait times for the products we sell. Please take a moment to review the status of our products and services.
With increased demand the requests for estimates and site visits are coming in at a record pace. We are receiving hundreds of email requests and phone calls every day, and this has led to a longer than normal lead times for those services. Please know that we are working as quickly as we can to get everyone the information they need, and that if you do not receive an email response or phone call immediately it is due to the influx of requests and not because your inquiry is not important to us.
